Royalmount.

The Royalmount project was born from the desire to breathe new life into a largely untapped neighbourhood and to create a multifunctional urban center. We embarked on a mission to revitalize the abandoned Salada Building and created a 50,000 square feet work of art. We selected Irish artist Maser who succeeded in answering the challenge of creating cultural capital; several local media outlets have since declared this location ‘’one of the most “instagrammable” spots in Montreal’’.
